In this session, we will discover who we are as RT’s as we explore our own lives and how we can reduce burnout. We will learn how to maintain a balanced life to overcome mental fatigue.

 
 
 
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

Identify three techniques to practice to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue as an RT.

Identify two personal goals to accomplish to maintain a balanced life.

Provide one example of burnout behavior and compassion fatigue in their lives and how to change this behavior.
